Recently, the encylopedia of almost any great genre of music that is Thurston Moore did an interview with did an interview expressing his love for Black Metal with Decibel Magazine. Not only does he show knowledge of Black Metal that a good majority of die hard Metal fans could only dream of, he mentions how he was told that Sonic Youth were influental to certain Black Metal acts with ' 'Cross The Breeze' serving as somewhat of a blueprint!
Also the talk of the Venom/Black Flag show that happened (What I would give to have been there).

It's disgusting that Black Metal is now being listened to by people who are not meant to hear it. Metal should ONLY be listened to by true metalheads who only listen to metal,certainly not hipsters from indie bands. Metal 4 Metalheads Only!
